I’m Sammia – or just Sam! I am primarily a 3D character and texture artist who aspires to make stories that tell narratives in the form of animations and effective designs! I dabble in both 2D and 3D forms of fine arts, with a strong focus on visual storytelling!
A 3D animation of a telling story where your efforts and hardships seem to be for nothing in the past, are brought into the new future as a legacy for those in the future to reminise on. Although ones history and legacies are forgotten despite their lack of relevance, their efforts are still impactful on todays world. This project follows the tale of a statue, as we uncover its history from a future point of view.
This 3D project retells the story of a once powerful named Jezabel, as we are taken through a fierce yet thrilling battle for her honour. She fights a lingering enemy, Dimitri, as they face of with their vicious blades in hands. While Jezabel seems victorious in eliminating Dimitri, her celebration is cut short by his unexpected ambush!
Although she fails in her journey to conquer, her memories and efforts are now seen as something positive to look back on in contemporary society. a telling story where all your efforts seem to be for nothing in the past, are brought into the new future as a legacy.

Our BA Animation programme is one of the UK’s most forward-looking, industry-focused animation programmes. It combines a rich, practice-orientated mix of 2D, 3D and experimental animation with an emphasis on storytelling, character design, and immersive animation.
