My work focuses on visual storytelling through the use of colour, symbolism, and mixed media techniques to create expressive narratives to connect with my target audience.
Feeling Blue is a mixed-media animated short that explores the emotional experience of depression through a combination of 3D and 2D animation. The film follows a young woman navigating a surreal world shaped by hospitals, medication, recurring visual motifs and shifting environments. The project transitions from realistic 3D spaces into expressive 2D sequences, reflecting changes into perception and emotional state.
Our BA Animation programme is one of the UK’s most forward-looking, industry-focused animation programmes.
