Hi, I’m Charlotte. I am a 3D modeller with an aptitude for character design and creation. I enjoy bringing character’s to life through modelling and creating concepts that show personality and characteristics.
This animation follows Charli, a character inspired by my own experiences with ADHD, as she journeys through her mind using portals and brain waves to navigate different mental spaces. The film explores the contrast between chaotic, overlapping thoughts and the emptiness of burnout, visualised through a range of animation styles including 3D, 2D, pixel art and film noir inspired sequences. As Charli travels deeper into her brain, the environments become increasingly busy and overwhelming before leading her to the silent “white room,” a space that represents mental exhaustion, isolation, and feeling trapped within her own mind.
