Media and Communication Graduate 2026
A passionate project manager striving in challenges. Over the years, I took on responsibilities such as team leader on group projects and committee leader for the university taekwondo team (tripling the number of members). Have a lot of experience in resolving communication challenges within the team.

I’ve been playing sports my whole life and regularly encountered gender discrimination within it. This zine aims to point out the issues with the portrayal of women in sports media. It offers a solution for how written and visual language can be changed. I want to offer a safe space for all women who have felt misrepresented and dismissed in sports. It is very personal to me, and will feel personal to those in the same position. There is always a way to speak about women without bringing them or others down . ‘SideLine’ is about the issues in the male-dominated community where women get sidelined, as well as the marks are explained on the side as teachers’ notes.
For this project, I learned to critically analyse journalists’ texts as well as create visual critiques. Also, for the locker room poster, I learned to do 3D modeling.
Our BA Media and Communications programme provides an academic, creative and critical understanding of the media for roles in a variety of creative industries and backgrounds. By the end of our Media and Communications degree, you’ll know how to produce creative content across different kinds of media, including writing, camera use, sound recording and post-production/editing. The course supports students in developing a broad portfolio of independent critical and creative outputs, and to explore how their own practice relates to the real-world media and creative industries.
