MA Web Design & Content Planning

Abimbola Adeyemi

Hey everyone, I’m Abimbola. I’m a frontend developer, mostly working with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. I enjoy creating things for the web and bringing a bit of creativity into what I build. Outside coding, you’ll probably find me lost in the world of movies and TV series, always looking for the next thing to binge.

Dual-Theme Developer Portfolio

My portfolio website is a dual-theme developer portfolio exploring two contrasting visual identities: a cyber-inspired digital interface and a print-influenced editorial design. This project allowed me to experiment with typography, layout, colour, responsive design, and accessibility while showcasing my skills, selected work, and professional experience. It demonstrates my approach to frontend development, combining clean, responsive interfaces with thoughtful visual design and user experience.

I focused on creating an engaging yet intuitive experience that remains easy to navigate across different screen sizes. The project reflects my interest in combining technical development with creative design to build polished, accessible, user-focused web experiences that balance visual personality, functionality, and a strong sense of identity.
